Harvard’s med school put together a bit of an infographic about the health benefits of caffeine. You should totally start drinking it (though there are downsides).

I don’t find this infographic particularly rigorous. For instance, it informs us that in regards to heart disease, caffeine is harmless – but this is hardly a positive benefit! And I suspect that the point of type 2 diabetes would only apply to those who take their coffee or cola sugar-less – a significant minority, it must be said. (I base my last point on the anecdotal evidence of my experience serving both coffee and cola in a professional context.)

To conclude, the tentative language of the remaining points does not inspire confidence.
