Graphiti: Get your pie chart on with this graffiti stencil

Want to make a political statement on the streets in the form of a pie chart? I know I do. Want to do it in regulated (and regulation) stencil style? Just download this handy PDF, grab some spray paint, and hit the streets.*

You’ll need:

  • 1/8″ (3mm) thick sheet material, suitable for lasercutting. I used MDF, but acrylic is fine.
  • A one-inch 1/4″-20 bolt, wing-nut and suitable pair of washers.
  • Scotch tape or masking tape (to hold the letter in the stencil)
  • 1 quart-capacity Ziploc bag (for storing the letters)
  • Spray paint
  • A laser cutter! (or a really steady hand and a sturdy knife)

Street (art) fighter

This video is very, very, cool.

Ninja signs

If you think your awesome castle may suffer a visit from ninja assassins you should make sure they know how to get in just so they don’t damage your carefully manicured rock garden…

Who am I kidding? Ninjas move so quickly they leave no trace – but having one of these graffitied signs outside your abode would be awesome…

Dedicated pie area

Oppression of pie eaters is everywhere – no longer can one take one’s pie eating break at work without attracting the scowls of colleagues. No more. Up with this we shall not put… with just a permanent marker there’ll be dedicated pie eating areas in all the least popular real estate in town…
